Return Policy

Our Return Policy

At Millet Goodness, we take utmost care in providing you the best quality millet products. However, due to the nature of food products, we have a strict no-returns policy for products that have been opened or used.

In the rare case that you have received a damaged or defective product, we will arrange for a replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be unused, intact, undamaged after delivery, and in a sealable condition.

Replacement Conditions

Millet Goodness will accept the returned/exchanged product only if:

• The product is unused and in its original condition
• The packaging is intact and undamaged
• The product is returned with the original invoice
• The product is in its original packaging

To initiate a replacement for a damaged product, you need to:

1. Share clear images of the damaged product
2. Provide the batch number, product name, manufacturing & expiry date
3. Send this information to officeshubhaarambh@gmail.com

Please ensure that you return the product in the original condition you received it. Postage and shipping charges for returns will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Millet Goodness reserves the right to cancel the contract between us if:

• We have insufficient stock of the goods you have ordered
• We do not deliver to your area
• One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers

If we cancel your contract, we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your payment method as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
